I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable and affordable for what was offered. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. They were always willing to help and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was conveniently located near the motorway. This made it easy for me to travel to and from the hotel without any hassle.
The hotel may benefit from some minor improvements.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the area. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the sausages were particularly delicious.
The room we stayed in was disappointing. It appeared clean, but in desperate need of renovation.

By and large, it was brilliant base for sightseeing in Ellesmere Port, had much fun. The rooms with a fridge, a bathroom, for instance. My breakfast was at a reasonable price.

The hotel has a luxurious swimming pool with a steam room and sauna. The buffet breakfast is good value for money. The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient for visiting family and Chester Zoo.
